Jacinto Deleon (b. 2003; he/him) is Filipino-American and born/based in Houston, Texas. He engages with themes of grief, intergenerationality, transculturalism, its fluidity and visibilities through the lens of diasporic traumas.
He has had work at institutions across Houston, such as Lawndale Art Center, Houston Center of Photography, Elgin Street Studios, Blaffer Art Museum, and was a resident at Project Row Houses Summer Studios (2024). He was recently in residency for Oreum (오름) in Jeju-do, South Korea (2025). He holds a B.F.A in Photography/Digital Media from the University of Houston.
